I opened my agency in 1990, but my State Farm career began long before that—I started as a team member in my dad’s office before earning the opportunity to run my own. State Farm truly runs in the family. I’m a proud Florida Gator, a mom of six daughters, and now have two grandchildren. My husband, son-in-law, daughter, brother, dad, and even two cousins are all State Farm agents as well. Insurance and helping people is simply what we do.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kim Nava - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
